TERMS OF WARRANTY and DISCLAIMER
Congratulations on purchasing a Flydoor Retractable Screen product. We aim to provide better quality flyscreen products at an affordable price. We hope you will enjoy using this screen for many years. Your retractable screen has been designed for domestic purpose and is intended for light duty use only. FlyDoor. offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty* for the FlyDoor Retractable Flyscreens.
*Limited Lifetime Warranty covers “only” manufacturing defects. Improper claims may incur fees and charges.
Routine service & maintenance would include keeping the guide rails and screen mechanism free of dirt, sand and debris. The words “routine service & maintenance” as used in this warranty is defined as “the maintenance required by the customers”.
The warranty does not cover damages to the product caused by improper operation, storage, cleaning, misuse, accidents, intentional human acts, negligence, animal behavior or acts of God. In addition, this warranty does not apply to any Flydoor Retractable Screens products used in commercial applications or that have been repaired or altered without the company’s express written consent.

- This flyscreen not designed or intended to act as a security device or to prevent access by any individual, small children or animals.
FlyDoor Retractable screens do not warrant that the products meet the requirements of any safety code of any state, municipality or other jurisdiction
Disclaimer:
Quotations are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change.
30% of initial deposit is required to commence the manufacturing work and payment is deemed
to be acceptance of agreement.
If an order is cancelled after the manufacturing the purchaser accepts to pay the 75% of the
agreed purchase price.
Delivery lead time commences from the date of receiving the cleared deposit funds and may
vary according to manufacturing schedule and various other factors. FlyDoor is not liable
for any claims resulting for late delivery.
FlyDoor guarantees for manufacturing and installation faults, however, no warranty claims
accepted for misuse, abuse, pet, child or gusty winds damage general wear and tear.
Delivery of the product within 20 km radius of supplier is Free however for longer distances
delivery charge and service charge may apply.
